Bonded & customs warehousing
Our facility operates under the customs warehousing procedure. Goods enter the European Union, land on our racking and stay under customs supervision — legally not yet imported. No duty and no import VAT falls due until the goods are released into free circulation, which happens at the moment they leave for a customer.
For anyone landing full containers ahead of a season, that is months of duty and VAT you do not pre-fund. If part of the shipment is re-exported outside the EU, those duties are never paid at all. We keep the stock records the customs authority requires and reconcile them against your own system.

Customs representation & clearance
We act as your customs representative in the Czech Republic. Import and export declarations, commodity code classification, valuation, origin documents and preference claims are prepared by our own team, not passed to a third-party broker who answers to somebody else's queue.
If you are established in the EU we can act in direct representation, filing in your name. If you are not established here, indirect representation lets us file in our own name on your behalf — which is often the difference between selling into the EU and not.

Warehousing & storage
Two hectares outside Prague with 500+ pallet positions and room to scale. Racked positions for palletised goods, floor-stacked areas for oversized or bulk consignments, and ambient conditions throughout. Everything is booked in the day it arrives, counted, photographed and reconciled.
The site is monitored and access-controlled around the clock. You get stock visibility rather than a monthly spreadsheet, and a named person who knows what is on your pallets.

Pick, pack & repack
We pick and pack to your packing specification, not to a generic template. Bundles and kits are assembled to order, promotional sets built for a campaign, and packaging swapped where a market needs something different.
Relabelling and compliance labelling are handled inside the bonded area where required, so goods can be prepared for a specific EU market before duty is ever paid on them.

Cargo handling & cross-docking
Multiple loading docks with cross-dock capability mean a container can be devanned, sorted and reloaded to outbound vehicles without ever entering storage. Where a shipment does need to rest, it rests for hours rather than weeks.
Handling includes container devanning, palletising loose-loaded cargo, wrapping, strapping, weighing and photographic condition records on arrival and departure.

Freight forwarding & EU distribution
From Prague, most of the European Union is inside a day's drive. We dispatch parcels, pallets and full loads on our carrier relationships or on your own accounts, with tracking pushed back into your system rather than left in an inbox.
Inbound freight can be arranged too, from the port of entry or the factory gate, so the same team owns the shipment from arrival to final delivery.
