Who is the controller

The controller is Eurobond Logistics s.r.o., registered office in Prague, Czechia. For any question about your personal data, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to us at the privacy address in the contact section of this policy.

What we collect

Through the quote form: the services you select, your volumes, country of origin, target markets, a description of your goods, your company name, contact name, work email, optional phone number and optional message. Through the contact form: your name, email, company and message. Both forms record the language you were using and the fact that you gave consent.

Legal basis

We process the data you submit on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, once a commercial discussion begins, on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Essential cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working website; analytics cookies only run with your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted within 24 months. Where a contract is concluded, records are kept for as long as the contract runs and thereafter for the statutory periods required by Czech accounting, tax and customs legislation.

Who sees it

Enquiry data is accessible to our own staff and to our hosting and database provider acting as a processor within the European Union. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
